Ingredients
2 C. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Lb. Velveeta Cheese
2 Package Frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 C. Butter
couple shakes of garlic powder and onion powder
Directions
Cook rice per instructions on box. Combine soup, Velveeta and butter in saucepan. Cook until blended. Mix together broccoli, rice ,sauce and couple shakes of garlic powder and onion powder . Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake in moderate oven (375~F 400~F) for 1 hour (uncovered).

This is really simple to make and really good! You just have to remember to prep it the night before because it needs to refrigerate overnight. It also cooks slowly for 3 hours, so you really need to plan ahead.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cut in half
8 slices bacon
4 oz. chipped beef (dried beef), soaked in hot water
2 cans cream of mushroon soup
16 oz. sour cream
Directions
Grease 9×13 pan. Put the chipped beef that has been soaked on bottom of pan. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 3 hours. This is great served over rice.

Ingredients
1 C. long grain rice, cooked
2 C. water
1 8 oz. pkg. Mexican cheese blend, reserve 1/2 C.
1 C. dairy sour cream
1 1 oz. package Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 7 oz. can diced green chilies
1 12.5 oz. can white chicken in water or broth, drain, separate and reserve liquid
Directions
Rinse rice with cold water until clear. Put rice in small saucepan with the 2 cups of cold water. Cover with lid and bring to a boil and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1 8 oz. carton ricotta cheese
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 Tbs. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 26 oz. jar meatless spaghetti sauce
1 14 1/2 oz. can Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
1 4 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
4 breaded fully cooked chicken patties (10-14 oz.)
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to pkg. directions. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine the ricotta, 1/2 C. of mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder; set aside. In another bowl, combine the spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms.

Ingredients
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 1/2 C. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 (10-oz) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 C. milk
1 1/2 C. biscuit mix
2/3 C. milk
1 can French fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Grease an 8×12-inch pan and preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first three ingredients and one cup of the cheddar cheese; put into casserole dish. Blend soup and 3/4 cup of milk; pour over casserole. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes. While it’s baking combine the biscuit mix, 2/3 cup of milk, and 1/2 can of onions; mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls to form 6 biscuits around the edge of casserole. Bake, uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown. Top with remaining onions and cheese and bake another 2 to 3 minutes, until onions are toasted.

Ingredients
2 or more thin chicken breasts
1 C. marinara sauce
2 C. multi-cheese mozerella, romano, cheddar
1 C. bread crumbs, cornflake crumbs, or flour
1 Tbs. Italian spices
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Oil baking pan with olive oil. Put chicken breasts on bottom of pan cover with bread crumbs. Add marinara sauce and sprinkle with spices. Add cheese on top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1 12 1/2 oz. pkg. frozen chicken nuggets
1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 12 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions
Place chicken nuggets in a greased 11×7x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with spaghetti sauce, mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until chicken is heated through and cheese is melted.
Yield: 4-6 servings

1/2 tsp. dried thyme
2 C. cubed, cooked chicken
2 C. frozen mixed vegetables
12-count pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Directions
In an 8-inch square baking dish, mix soup, milk and thyme. Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees until hot. Top with biscuits and bake as directed for biscuits until golden.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chicken
1 can italian tomato paste
1-2 cans kitchen cut green beans
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 C. shredded cheese of your choice
mashed potaoes to cover recipe
Directions
Cook meat until done. Add tomato paste and stir to combine. Put meat mixture in bottom of a large pie plate or deep casserole dish. Layer green beans, mushrooms, then cheese. Cover to the edge with the mashed potatoes leaving a hole in the center for a vent. Heat in a 350-degree oven untill bubbly. Remove from oven, and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
