An easy version of making the ever so famous chicken pot pie.

Ingredients
3 C. cooked, diced chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 C. Bisquick
3/4 C. milk
1/4 C. margarine, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 2 qt. shallow baking dish, spread chicken and vegetables. Stir together soup, broth, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Pour over chicken mixture. Combine Bisquick, milk and butter in separate bowl; stir until smooth. Pour this mixture over other ingredients in baking dish. Bake for 45 -50 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients
3 C. cooked chicken, chopped
1 C. almonds, slivered
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 4 oz. can sliced pimentos, drained
2 C. celery, chopped
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3 oz. can French-fried onions
Directions
Combine chicken, almonds, water chestnuts, pimentos, celery, soup, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with onions and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.

Ingredients
1 box Stuffing Mix
3 cooked, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. fat-free sour cream
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Set aside. Coat a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with margarine. Spread chicken pieces across the bottom of the pan. Mix soups and sour cream; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with seasoning. Spread stuffing over top. Bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
2 C. cooked, deboned chicken
1 C. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 C. margarine, melted
Directions
Place cooked chicken in a baking dish. Mix sour cream and soups. Pour over chicken. Mix cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

4 C. chicken, diced
1 package California blend frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli,
carrots)
1 box Chicken Rice-a-Roni
1 can nacho cheese soup
Directions
Stir fry chicken until golden brown. In saucepan, heat vegetables. Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on package. Combine all in a casserole dish and mix in nacho cheese soup. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until steaming hot.

Ingredients
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 C. milk
2 Tbs. instant minced onion
2 C. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/2 C. cut-up cooked chicken
2 C. Bisquick mix
1/4 C. sliced green onion
2 Tbs. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 egg
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a 3-qt. saucepan heat soup, milk and instant minced onion to boiling , stirring constantly. Stir in vegetables and chicken. Pour into a non greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown and soup is bubbly.

1 can milk
1 egg
cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients except the cheese in a 8×10-inch casserole dish except the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes (adding the cheese 5 minutes before done).
