Italian Chicken Bruschetta Recipe

This recipe combines chicken, tomatoes and stuffing. It is easy as well as delicious.

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless chicken cut in small cubes
1 C. Italian salad dressing
1 14-oz. can diced tomatoes
1 box stuffing mix
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 diced onion
1-2 tsp. diced garlic to taste
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 C. each: shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
1/2 C. water
