I wanted something new for chicken and here is what i came up with - it tastes great and is so simple.

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can vegetable medley, drained
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 small can green beans, drained
1 pkg. shredded cheese of your choice
1 pkg. stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Cube chicken and put into a baking dish. Drain all vegetables and mushrooms. Mix all vegetables and mushrooms with soup. Pour over chicken. Layer cheese on top of mixture. Make stuffing according to package directions and pour on top of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Ingredients
2 Tbs. margarine or butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms (about 4 oz)
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Campbell’s condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 C. hot cooked egg noodles
Directions
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt 1 Tbs. margarine. Cook chicken 10 minutes, browning both sides. Remove; set aside. Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, in remaining 1 Tbs. margarine, cook mushrooms and onion with garlic powder until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often. Add soup, milk, and pepper. Bring to boil.
