This easy casserole dish is full of cheesy flavor and served over noodles it’s a full meal.

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 10 3/4 oz. can Campbell’s Broccoli Cheese or 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/3 C. milk
4 C. hot cooked medium egg noodles
Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Place chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Mix soup and milk. Spoon over chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with noodles and garnish with parsley.
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients
1/2 C. Italian Dressing
1/2 C. grated Parmesan Cheese
8 chicken cutlets, pounded
1 1/2 C. Italian flavored breadcrumbs
1 – 1 1/2 C. prepared tomato sauce
1 ball smoked mozzarella (or buffalo, no salt), cut into 1/4-inch slices
drizzle of canola oil
Directions
Place pounded chicken cutlets in plastic bag with dressing in refrigerator for at least half an hour but not more than 1 hour.

Ingredients
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
4-6 slices Swiss or American cheese
1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
melted butter
Directions
In a baking dish, place chicken breasts on bottom, and place slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast. Spoon soup over cheese, put stuffing mix on top of soup. Pour melted butter over stuffing mix. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.

2 C. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 5 oz. cans chunk chicken (I use all white meat)
2 C. sheredded cheddar cheese
2 C. milk
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1/4 C. chopped onion
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the macaroni, chicken, cheese, milk, soup, mushrooms and onion. Mix together and put into 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

This is really simple to make and really good! You just have to remember to prep it the night before because it needs to refrigerate overnight. It also cooks slowly for 3 hours, so you really need to plan ahead.

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, cut in half
8 slices bacon
4 oz. chipped beef (dried beef), soaked in hot water
2 cans cream of mushroon soup
16 oz. sour cream
Directions
Grease 9×13 pan. Put the chipped beef that has been soaked on bottom of pan. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for several hours. Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 3 hours. This is great served over rice.

Ingredients
8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 Tbs. Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 sm. orange or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 bunch broccoli rabe (about 8 oz.) , trimmed, coarsely chopped, blanched and drained*
1 pouch Bertolli® Premium Summer Crushed Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
2 Tbs. toasted pine nuts
Directions
Season chicken, if desired, with salt and black pepper. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat Olive Oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add orange pepper and cook 2 minutes. Add broccoli rabe and Sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1 minute or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve, if desired, with crusty Italian bread.

Ingredients
1 cut up chicken
1 1 lb. bag shoe string potatoes
2 small cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Salt and pepper chicken and place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and place chicken on plate. Place potatoes in baking dish and spread out. Add baked chicken to pan. Mix chicken soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over chicken and potatoes. Place in oven and bake another 20-30 minutes until light brown and bubbly. Add a green veggie or a side salad and you are done.

1/2 C. salad dressing
1 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed
2 C. cubed cooked chicken/Turkey
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked, drained
5 oz. spaghetti, cooked, drained
1 Tbs. chopped chives
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine milk and salad dressing; add Velveeta. Heat over low heat, stirring until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 quarts casserole; bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

8-10 tortillas
2 C. chicken broth
3 C. diced cooked chicken
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
Garlic powder to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Directions
Soak tortillas in chicken broth until broth is absorbed. Spread tortillas over bottom of large casserole dish. Add layers as follows: chicken, mushroom soup, chicken soup, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and seasoned salt. Top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
