Under Creamy/Cheesy+ Rice
I found this recipe in a newspaper many years ago. It has been a favorite of my family ever since. With the holidays coming it is a great way to use up leftover turkey, chicken or ham.

Ingredients
1 C. cooked rice
2 C. diced cooked chicken, turkey or ham
1 C. cream of chicken soup
1 C. diced celery
3/4 C. mayonnaise
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 Tbs. grated onion
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. buttered corn flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients except corn flakes. Place in 2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle corn flakes over top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour or until heated through. Serve immediately.

Very good for home or carry out, if you like cabbage you will love this, can be spicy or mild. I got this from a good friend and revised it a bit from his. Also good Weight Watchers dish if following their plan, this is about 7 points for 1 3/4 C. per serving.

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage, sliced or diced
1 C. diced celery
1/2 C. diced carrots
1 medium bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 lb. ground turkey, browned
1 pkg. each taco and chili seasoning
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic
1 small can tomatoes with green chilies
1 1/2 C. brown rice
2 10 3/4 oz. cans tomato soup
Season to taste with garlic powder,salt, pepper, chili powder and any other seasonings you like

1 C. frozen whole kernel corn
1 C. black beans,rinsed and drained
1/2 C. red bell peppers, diced
1 16-oz. container sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 C. cooked chicken, shredded
1 C. heavy whipping cream
8 oz. Mexican Style Velveeta Cheese, cubed
2 C. shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
2 C. Tortilla chips (gold or black) crushed
2 green onions, diced

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in small chunks
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 C. onion, finely diced
2 C. water
2 10 oz. packages refrigerated biscuits
1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except biscuits, in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, tear biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces. Add to your slow cooker; stirring gently. Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes or until biscuits are fluffed up and cooked through.

1 8 oz. bag noodles
1 small can mushrooms, drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. container sour cream
8 oz. Swiss cheese slices
Directions
Cook and drain noodles. Combine all ingredients except Swiss cheese. Place in 9×13-inch pan; top with Swiss cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Ingredients
8 oz noodles, cooked
2 C. chicken, cubed
2 C. chicken broth, fresh or canned
1 C. milk
1 can mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. margarine
1/3 C. flour
1/3 C. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt margarine, then add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk and broth, then seasonings and mushrooms. Combine chicken, cooked noodles, and prepared sauce. Put in ungreased 9×13x2 inch baking pan and top with parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until browned.

Ingredients
5 lb. chicken pieces (your choice)
1 C. sugar
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle soy sauce
Directions
Mix sugar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for marinade. Make marinade 4 days prior to baking. Marinate chicken for 3 days. On the 4th day, preheat oven to 475 degrees and remove marinated chicken from mixture and place in a covered baking dish. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 275 and bake for another hour. Reduce heat to 175 and continue to bake an additional hour. Total baking time is 3 hours. Remove from oven and let rest for 45 minutes before serving.
