Chicken Divan Recipe

You won’t have to convince your children broccoli is good for them with this cheesy and delicious casserole.

Ingredients

* 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split
* 2 cans cream of chicken soup
* 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
* 7 slices American cheese
* 3/4 C. mayo
* 1/4 tsp. mild curry
* breadcrumbs (optional)

Directions

Cook broccoli until just separated. Mix mayo and curry together.  Layer the broccoli, chicken and cheese in a 9″ x 13″ pan.  Top with the mayo mixture and breadcrumbs if desired.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Broccoli Casserole Recipe

This is a meatless recipe but you can add chicken if you like. Very easy and my family loves it.

Ingredients

2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. low fat or regular sour cream
1 chopped onion
1 8 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
1/2 C. butter or margarine

Directions

Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. In another large bowl, combine stuffing mix and butter or marg. and mix well. Place half of stuffing mix in a greased casserole dish. Top with broccoli mixture. Top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Creamy Chicken Casserole Recipe

Very similar to a “lazy” Chicken Pot Pie. The dish is creamy, moist and delicious served with a fresh bread and a salad.

Ingredients

1/2 onion, chopped and sauteed
2 C. cubed, cooked chicken breast, sauteed
Fresh carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cooked
1 can cream of potato soup
1 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 can French fried onions

Directions

Combine soup, milk, onions, vegetables, chicken, 1/2 C. cheese, 1/2 can fried onions, and place in an 8×12 baking dish. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Unwrap rolls and separate into two rectangles. Press together perforated cuts and cut each rectangle lengthwise into three strips. Place strips on casserole. Bake uncovered 10 minutes longer. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 3-5 minutes longer.

Chicken Casserole Recipe

A great chicken dish using left over chicken or turkey!

Ingredients

1 1-lb. bag frozen broccoli florets
8-10 oz. leftover chicken or turkey, cubed or sliced
1 10.5-oz. can fat free cream of chicken soup
3/4 C. low-fat mayonnaise
3/4 C. low-fat milk
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 C. shredded 2-percent cheddar cheese

Directions

Place broccoli in a microwave 8×8-inch dish and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Place chicken or turkey evenly on top of broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice. Pour over chicken broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a 350-degree oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.

Chicken Broccoli Casserole Recipe

This is a recipe my mom would make for us when I was a kid. Super easy!

Ingredients

3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into cubes
1 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbell’s cheddar cheese soup
1 8 oz. can mushrooms
1 1/2 cans milk
1/2-3/4 bag shredded cheddar cheese
Croutons

Directions

Boil broccoli until cooked throughly. Layer on bottom of a 9×13 pan. Next, layer cut cooked chicken, mushrooms, cheese then croutons.
In a seperate bowl, mix soups with milk. Whisk until blended well. Pour over whole dish. Sprinkle more cheese over top if you like. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered.

Chicken and Corn Bread Stuffing Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 sm. box stovetop cornbread stuffing
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (or mixture of broccoli and other veggies), thawed
1 can cream of broccoli with cheese soup
1/2 C. chicken broth

Directions

Lightly butter a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker/Crock Pot and place chicken breasts in the bottom. Mix together the remaining ingredients and place on top of chicken. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.

Broccoli, Chicken and Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 packages frozen broccoli
2 - 3 C. cooked chicken - cut up
2 eggs
1/2 C. shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C. mayo
1 small onion, chopped into small pieces
1/2 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Add all ingredients together, except the Ritz crackers and butter. Mix well, pour into a baking dish. Melt the butter, add the cracker crumbs, and mix well. Add to the top of the casserole. Bake 15 - 20 minutes in a 400° F oven until hot and bubbly.

Divine Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 tsp. seasoned salt
3 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 Tbs. milk
1/3 C. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbs. melted margarine
1 C. bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs)
1/3 C. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook broccoli as directed on pkg.; drain. Place broccoli in an 8×12″ Pam-sprayed glass baking dish and sprinkle seasoned salt over the broccoli. Cover with the diced chicken. In a saucepan, combine soup, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper. Heat just enough to dilute the soup a little; pour over the chicken. Mix melted margarine, breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle over the soup mixture. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole Recipe

A very simple easy meal, all in one pan.

Ingredients

2 C. rice, cooked
2 heads broccoli, cooked
1 sm. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk, using soup can
1 small block Velveeta cheese, shredded or chunked
2 lg. chicken breasts, boiled
1 can of mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place rice in 9×13-inch pan. Place broccoli on top. Heat cream of mushroom soup and milk together in a saucepan until heated through. Add mushrooms to mixture. Stir the soup mixture into rice and broccoli thoroughly so that all the rice is moist. Shred the chicken and mix into the broccoli mixture. Mix half the cheese in and then garnish the top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
