* 12 corn tortillas, cut into quarters<br />

* 1 green pepper, chopped<br />

<p>* 1 C. water<br />
* 1 can cream of chicken soup<br />

* 3/4 C. white long grained rice<br />

* 1 envelope dry onion soup mix</p>

<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix together soups, parsley, wine, water, and rice.  Lightly grease a casserole dish and add rice mixture.  Lay chicken (with skin facing up) on top of rice.  Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken and cover with foil.  Bake for about an hour or until chicken is cooked through.  Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.</p>

<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place cabbage evenly around the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.  Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon flour and caraway seeds.  Top with apple rings and sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon flour.  Arrange chicken (skin side up) on top of that.  Combine vinegar and salt together, then pour over chicken.  Next, melt butter and pour on top.  Cover casserole and bake for 45 minutes.  Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender and browned.</p>
