Ingredients
6 slices white bread
1/2 C. butter
2 C. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
2 C. American Cheese, shredded
1 10 oz. package frozen peas and carrots, thawed, drained
2 10 3/4 oz. cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 13×9-inch baking dish melt butter in oven 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, with 2 1/2-inch star shaped cookie cutter cut 2 stars from each slice of bread. Dip 1 side of each star into melted butter; set stars aside.

1 1/2 C. macaroni, uncooked
1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 C. chicken or turkey, cooked
4 oz. mushrooms, drained
1 C. cream of mushroom soup
1 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 C. frozen peas
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients; pour into ungreased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Cover; bake 1 hour.
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients
8 oz noodles, cooked
2 C. chicken, cubed
2 C. chicken broth, fresh or canned
1 C. milk
1 can mushrooms
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. margarine
1/3 C. flour
1/3 C. grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Melt margarine, then add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk and broth, then seasonings and mushrooms. Combine chicken, cooked noodles, and prepared sauce. Put in ungreased 9×13x2 inch baking pan and top with parmesan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until browned.

4 chicken breasts, cooked, chopped

1 C. sour cream
1/2 C. lemon juice
1 sleeve round butter-flavored crackers, crushed
1/2 C. (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
3 Tbs. poppy seeds
Directions
Sprinkle the chicken over the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking pan. Combine soup, sour cream and lemon juice in a bowl; mix well. Pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the cracker crumbs over the layers. Drizzle butter over the cracker crumbs. Sprinkle the poppy seeds over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Ingredients
1/2 C. flour
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 eggs
2 Tbs water
1 C. puffed rice cereal, crushed
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 package dry onion soup mix
6 (4-6-oz.) fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 13×9x2-inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. In a shallow dish combine flour and pepper. Beat eggs and water in a small bowl. Combine rice cereal, Parmesan cheese and onion soup mix in a bowl. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, followed by a dip in the eggs. Roll in cereal until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer in prepared baking dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until done. Serve warm.

Ingredients
5 lb. chicken pieces (your choice)
1 C. sugar
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle soy sauce
Directions
Mix sugar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for marinade. Make marinade 4 days prior to baking. Marinate chicken for 3 days. On the 4th day, preheat oven to 475 degrees and remove marinated chicken from mixture and place in a covered baking dish. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 275 and bake for another hour. Reduce heat to 175 and continue to bake an additional hour. Total baking time is 3 hours. Remove from oven and let rest for 45 minutes before serving.

4 boneless, skinless Perdue Perfect Portions chicken breasts (6-8 oz. each), trimmed

1 20-oz.can pineapple chunks in juice
1/4 C. honey
1 Tbs. cider vinegar
1 Tbs. soy sauce
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbs. water
1/3 C. sliced almonds
Directions
Adjust an oven rack to the upper position and heat the oven to 450 degrees. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper. Lay the chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish coated lightly with vegetable oil spray.

Ingredients
Chicken pieces: thighs or breasts (as many as you need for the meal)
buttermilk or ranch dressing
salt and pepper
Italian bread crumbs
Directions
Put chicken in a plastic bag with the dressing or buttermilk. Leave in overnight or a few hours before you cook it. When you are ready to cook, roll each piece of chicken in bread crumbs. Put in pan and bake for 45-60 minutes in a 350-degree oven. You could put the chicken in foil and put it on the grill or fry if desired. Serve with Spanish rice and peas or a salad.
