Everyone loves this recipe and requests it when they try it. This is very simple and quick to make!

Ingredients
1 lg. can chicken breast
1 can Vegall
1 can cream of chicken soup
seasoning salt to taste
2 refrigerated pie crusts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put pie crust in deep dish pan. Pour mixture into crust, put another pie crust on top and cut slits to vent. Cook 40 minutes or until brown on top.

Ingredients
1/4 C. Pompeian burgundy cooking wine
1/4 stick sweet cream butter
drizzle olive oil
1 lg. white onion
4 green bell peppers
1 pt. mushrooms, sliced
1 jar Bertolli tomato and basil sauce
1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
Directions
Put oil, butter and wine in skillet and heat. Sauté chicken until golden. Add remaining ingredients and cook until veggies are done. Serve over egg noodles, pasta or rice.

As a working mom, I was always looking for slow cooker recipes. This is one that was a big hit with my family and everyone that I have served it to since has raved about how delicious it is. Another yummy use for spaghetti pasta.

1 16-oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
4-6 C. cooked chicken breast, diced
1 10 3/4-oz. can cream of mushroom soup (can substitute with cream of chicken or celery soup)
1 C. water
1/4 C. green bell pepper, diced
1/2 C. celery, diced
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb. white or yellow American cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp. black pepper

This is like a Chinese dish, but you can make it at home.

Ingredients
2 1/2 C. cubed cooked chcken
2 C. cooked wild rice
1 C. whole salted cashews
1 C. celery, sliced
1/2 C. uncooked long grain rice
1/4 C. chopped parsley
3 Tbs. butter, melted
1 1/2 C.chicken broth
1/2 C. white wine
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl stir together all ingredients. Pour in a 13×9-inch pan. Cover and bake, stirring occasionally, for 50-60 minutes or until rice is tender. Uncover and bake continue baking for 10-15 minutes until rice has absorbed all liquid.

Ingredients
1/4 C. butter, divided
1 1/2 Tbs. flour
1 C. chicken broth
1 C. milk
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt, to taste
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
1 C. mushroom caps, sliced
2 1/2 C. cooked diced chicken
1/2 10 oz. pkg. frozen petite peas, lightly cooked
1 C. cooked noodles
1 Tbs. sherry wine
1/3 C. bread crumbs
1 tsp. sweet butter, softened
Directions
Melt half the butter in skillet; gradually stir in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring. Gradually stir in chicken broth, milk, paprika, salt and pepper; cook over low heat about 10 minutes until thickened. Sauté mushrooms lightly in remaining butter in a separate skillet. Add to cream sauce with chicken, drained peas, noodles and sherry.

I got this recipe from one of those monthly mail order recipe programs and it has become a family favorite. It is tasty, filling and the entire family always goes back for more.

Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
2 C. shredded, cubed or ground cooked chicken
1 C. chicken broth
1 C. Caesar dressing
1 4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. dry breadcrumbs
Directions
Cook spaghetti as directed. Once spaghetti is cooked, combine that with the chicken, broth, dressing and mushrooms in a large bowl. Mix well and then transfer to 2-3 quart casserole dish. Mix parmesan and breadcrumbs together and sprinkle generously over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly on top.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 C. chicken broth
1 can veg-all (mixed vegetables)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Topping:
1 C. self rising flour
1 C. milk
1 stick of butter (melted)
2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Boil chicken. Mix all ingredients together in casserole. Mix topping ingredients and spread over top of chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

1 8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 C. diced onion

1/4 tsp. pepper
Mayonnaise
6 slices tomato
1 C. crushed potato chips
Directions
Combine chicken, celery, and 1/2 of the cheese, onions, seasonings and enough mayonnaise to moisten. Toss lightly and put in greased casserole. Top with tomato slices, crushed potato chips and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

A creamy and cheesy dish made with Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and stuffing mix.

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup (chicken?)
1/4 C. milk
2 C. stuffing mix
1/2 C. butter or margarine, melted
Directions
Lightly grease crockpot or spray with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in pot. Top with cheese. Combine soup and milk, stirring well. Spoon over cheese and then sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or high 4 to 6 hours. Serves 6.
