Chicken Tater Tot Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

* 2 lbs. ground chicken
* 1 white onion, chopped
* 1/2 C. water
* one 10 3/4-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
* 2 C. frozen vegetables of your choice
* 1 lb. frozen tater tots
* pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown ground chicken and onion.  Add pepper, water and soup.  Heat until bubbling. Add vegetables and stir until vegetables are heated through.  Pour mixture into a casserole dish, then cover with a layer of tater tots. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the tater tots are crisp.

Wellington Chicken Casserole Recipe

Take your typical recipe for beef Wellington, switch out the meat, and make it a casserole! It’s delicious!

Ingredients

* 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
* 2 tsp. butter
* 1 3-oz. package cream cheese
* 1/2 C. mushrooms, sliced
* 1 Tbs. green onion, chopped
* dash salt
* dash pepper
* one 4-oz. package crescent rolls

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Heat a skillet over medium heat with butter.  Add chicken and cook each side for about 3 minutes.  Grease a small baking dish and place chicken inside.  Combine cream cheese, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and onions in a bowl, then cover chicken with the mixture.  Unroll crescent rolls to make one big rectangle; seal any seams that there are in the dough.  Place dough over chicken and sauce, pinching edges to seal in the dish.  Bake for about 20 minutes.

Simplest Chicken Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

* 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 can cream of chicken soup
* 1 C. milk
* 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
* 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook chicken breasts until tender, then tear meat into pieces and place into a 9×13 inch pan.  Mix soup with milk and heat in the microwave until warm.  Pour mixture on top of chicken.  Smash Ritz crackers and combine them with the melted butter.  Pour crumbs over chicken and soup mixture.  Bake for about 40 minutes, or until crackers are browned.

Chicken Tortellini Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

* one 9-oz. pkg. refrigerated tortellini
* 2 C. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
* one 10-oz. container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
* one 10-oz. pkg. refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips
* 1/3 C. soft bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook tortellini according to package instructions.  Drain.  Mix broccoli, chicken, and alfredo sauce together in a bowl, then transfer to a casserole dish.  Cover mixture with bread crumbs.  Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly with browned bread crumbs.

Simple Chicken and Rice Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

* 1 C. water
* 1 can cream of chicken soup
* 1 can cream of celery soup
* dash of parsley
* 2 Tbs. red wine
* 3/4 C. white long grained rice
* 2 lb. chicken breasts
* 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix together soups, parsley, wine, water, and rice.  Lightly grease a casserole dish and add rice mixture.  Lay chicken (with skin facing up) on top of rice.  Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken and cover with foil.  Bake for about an hour or until chicken is cooked through.  Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.

Ingredients

* 2 C. condensed chicken-noodle soup
* 2 C. milk
* 8 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
* 3 C. boned chicken, diced
* 2 C. American cheese, shredded
* 1/4 C. onion, minced
* 4 hard boiled eggs, shelled and sliced
* 3 pimientos, chopped and drained
* 1 tsp. seasoned salt
* 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend soup and milk in a baking dish., then stir in macaroni, chicken, cheese, onion, eggs, pimientos, and salt.  Cover and bake for an hour and 25 minutes.  Uncover, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.

Chicken Alfredo Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

* one 10-oz. container refrigerated light Alfredo pasta sauce
* 1/2 C. milk
* 2 1/2 C. cooked wild rice
* 2 C. cubed cooked chicken
* 1 C. frozen peas
* 1/3 C. chopped roasted red sweet peppers
* 1 Tbs. fresh basil
* 1 C. soft bread crumbs
* 1 Tbs. melted butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine pasta sauce and milk in a bowl, then stir in rice, chicken, peppers, peas, basil, and nuts. Transfer to 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and stir. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, for another 25 minutes or until heated through and golden.

Ingredients

* 2 lbs. potatoes, cut up in small cubes
* 1 stick margarine, melted
* 1 C. chopped onions
* 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
* 1 can cream of chicken soup
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1 tsp. garlic powder
* 1 pt. sour cream
* 2 C. crackers, crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients and put in 9×13-inch pan. Top with crackers mixed with melted margarine. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
