Under Creamy/Cheesy+ Crock Pot
Paired with a green vegetable, this cooked-all-day dish is a full meal.

Ingredients
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 C. shredded Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 C. milk
2 C. herb stuffing mix, crushed
2 Tbs. margarine or butter, melted
Directions
Spray the inside of crock pot with non-stick spray. Place the chicken in the crock pot in one layer. Top with Swiss cheese. Combine soup and milk and pour over the chicken and cheese. Mix stuffing and butter together in a bowl and sprinkle on top of everything. Cook on low for 7 hours or 4 to 5 hours on high.

Ingredients
Your favorite biscuit recipe or package mix (enough to make 8-12 3/4-inch biscuits)
1 C. butter or margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 C. chicken broth
8 oz. cubed cream cheese
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 C. cooked cubed or shredded chicken (this can be leftover or 2-3 boneless chicken breastS, boiled or pan fried)
2 C. frozen green peas
2 C. frozen cubed carrots
1/4 C. finely chopped onion
2 cans diced potatoes, drained
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
water or milk, optional

Ingredients
2 Tbs. margarine or butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 1/2 C. sliced mushrooms (about 4 oz)
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/8 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
1 can Campbell’s condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 C. hot cooked egg noodles
Directions
In large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt 1 Tbs. margarine. Cook chicken 10 minutes, browning both sides. Remove; set aside. Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, in remaining 1 Tbs. margarine, cook mushrooms and onion with garlic powder until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often. Add soup, milk, and pepper. Bring to boil.

Ingredients
8 chicken breasts
2 C. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 C. Poppyseed
Topping:
2-3 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
2 pkg. sliced almonds
1 1/2 stick butter
You can use low fat or fat free sour cream and soups to cut calories.
Directions
Tear cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Put into large mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into 9×13-inch casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Melt butter, add crackers and almonds. mix thoroughly. Spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Ingredients
1 can Campbell’s cream of chicken and broccoli soup
1-1/2 C. water
1/8 tsp black pepper
3/4 C. uncooked regular long grain rice
Directions
In a 2 qt. sauce pan, combine soup, water and black pepper over medium high heat. Heat to boiling; stir in rice. Reduce heat to low; cover, cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender and mixture is creamy, stirring often.

Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 C. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. onion flakes or powder
3 1/2 cubed chicken breast
6 C. favorite frozen vegetables, thawed (approx. 2 - 14 oz pkgs.)
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can layer style refrigerated biscuits
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 13×9″ glass baking dish with nonstick spray. In skillet, combine soup and milk, salt, pepper and onion, heating until well blended. Add chicken, vegetables and cheese. Mix well. Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into a baking dish. Place biscuits on top of chicken/vegetable mixture. Bake for 20 to 28 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.

Ingredients
8 chicken leg quarters
2 pkg. Uncle Ben’s Chicken Rice
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. basil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix rice according to package. Spread into bottom of 2 baking pans. Remove skin and fat from chicken and place on top of rice. Sprinkle with rosemary and basil. Mix the soups and milk in a small container and poor over chicken/rice mixture. Bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes or until done. Cover all with cheese and put back into oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.

3 C. cooked chicken, chopped
1 C. almonds, slivered
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 4 oz. can sliced pimentos, drained
2 C. celery, chopped
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3 oz. can French-fried onions
Directions
Combine chicken, almonds, water chestnuts, pimentos, celery, soup, cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with onions and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.

Ingredients
1 box Stuffing Mix
3 cooked, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can Cream of Broccoli Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. fat-free sour cream
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Set aside. Coat a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with margarine. Spread chicken pieces across the bottom of the pan. Mix soups and sour cream; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with seasoning. Spread stuffing over top. Bake for 30 minutes.
