Under Creamy/Cheesy
This is a favorite one dish meal in our household.

Ingredients
1 bag chicken stuffing
1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 C. sliced carrots
1/2 C. peas
1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
1 C. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9×13 baking dish. Combine all seasonings and rub over chicken. Combine stuffing and cans of soup, press into bottom of pan. Combine vegtables and spread across stuffing mixture. Slice chicken into strips and lay across vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes until all ingredients are done and cheese is melted.

Very similar to a “lazy” Chicken Pot Pie. The dish is creamy, moist and delicious served with a fresh bread and a salad.

Ingredients
1/2 onion, chopped and sauteed
2 C. cubed, cooked chicken breast, sauteed
Fresh carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cooked
1 can cream of potato soup
1 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1 can French fried onions
Directions
Combine soup, milk, onions, vegetables, chicken, 1/2 C. cheese, 1/2 can fried onions, and place in an 8×12 baking dish. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Unwrap rolls and separate into two rectangles. Press together perforated cuts and cut each rectangle lengthwise into three strips. Place strips on casserole. Bake uncovered 10 minutes longer. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 3-5 minutes longer.

I got this recipe from one of those monthly mail order recipe programs and it has become a family favorite. It is tasty, filling and the entire family always goes back for more.

Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
2 C. shredded, cubed or ground cooked chicken
1 C. chicken broth
1 C. Caesar dressing
1 4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbs. dry breadcrumbs
Directions
Cook spaghetti as directed. Once spaghetti is cooked, combine that with the chicken, broth, dressing and mushrooms in a large bowl. Mix well and then transfer to 2-3 quart casserole dish. Mix parmesan and breadcrumbs together and sprinkle generously over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly on top.

A simple chicken noodle casserole that is simply delicious.

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 C. frozen peas
8 oz. noodles,
1 sm. can French’s onion rings
Directions
Boil a large chicken breast, debone and cut up into bite-size pieces. In casserole dish, mix the soup with the chicken and noodles and peas. Blend in 1/2 can milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Place onion rings on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Check on it to make sure the onion rings do not burn. Remove from oven, let cool and serve.

Ingredients
3-4 lg. chicken breasts
1 pkg. Nacho Cheesier Doritos
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken breasts until done. Cool and pull into bite-size pieces. Mix Rotel, Cream of Mushroom, and Cream of Chicken in bowl until blended together. Layer in a 10×13-inch casserole dish. First, layer half of your chicken on bottom of dish. Then add half of cream mixture. Top with half of pkg. Doritos. Repeat these steps as listed above. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until heated. Add shredded cheddar cheese to top and bake until cheese is melted.

This is one of my favorite recipes because it is delicious and quick to make. This recipe was handed down from my step son’s grandma. She enjoyed cooking for her 16 grand children and insisted on having traditional Sunday dinners for all of them well into her 80s.

I came up with this chicken Alredo lasagna because my family doesn’t like tomatoes. You can make it in the oven or crockpot using no cook noodles! Family and friends love it and always request it for pot lucks. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients
1 1-lb. bag frozen broccoli florets
8-10 oz. leftover chicken or turkey, cubed or sliced
1 10.5-oz. can fat free cream of chicken soup
3/4 C. low-fat mayonnaise
3/4 C. low-fat milk
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 C. shredded 2-percent cheddar cheese
Directions
Place broccoli in a microwave 8×8-inch dish and microwave on high for 7 minutes. Place chicken or turkey evenly on top of broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice. Pour over chicken broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a 350-degree oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 oz. container sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
1 sleeve (of 4 sleeve box) saltine crackers, crushed
2-3 chicken breasts, boiled until tender
Directions
In a 2 qt. casserole dish, mix both soups (do not dilute) with the sour cream. Shred chicken and mix into the soup mixture. Add the crushed Saltine crackers to the melted butter and mix well. Spread the crackers on top of the chicken mixture. Bake in a 350-degree oven for approximately 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
